More Interest in Fortesys Motodata Platform During MCO

Fortesys Distribution Sdn Bhd is seeing growing interest and new signups for its Motadata IT analytics software platform during the current movement control order (MCO) as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.

According to Fortesys managing director Loh Leh Hui (pic), the MCO could be the start when “working remotely is likely to be the new normal and hence why more companies are turning to the Motadata platform”.

Motadata is an IT analytics software platform that derives business insights by real-time processing, correlation and intelligent visualisation of IT network and security information data.

“The platform unifies traditionally segregated security operation and network monitoring, management and data analytics functions into a single platform,” said Loh, adding that the platform has a plugin driven architecture which makes it highly customisable as per customer requirements.

“IT administrators are also able to manage remote working with the next generation ‘Motadata ServiceOps’ tool,” he added.

The tool enables employees and technicians to work and collaborate remotely with efficient inbuilt ‘workflow’ engine.

“Motadata’s network management system can also be accessed and managed remotely. It can give deep insights of all the layers of infrastructure from one console,” explained Loh.

Fortesys is the sole distributor of Motadata throughout Malaysia.

Loh also shared that Motadata is strongly positioned to enable enterprises and telcos streamline their IT operations with a next-gen product suite which enable infrastructure intelligence for network management and data analytics for log management and flow analytics.

“Motadata also offers operational operational insights into IT infrastructure and its performance,” he said, adding that the platform has also been designed to identify and resolve complex problems faster while ensuring 100% uptime of all business critical components.

“It helps in reducing CAPEX, offers Agility to resolve issues faster, is compatible in a hybrid ecosystem, and offers ease of integration with existing and future platforms.”

Loh concluded by saying that Motadata is meant for eliminating the hassles of managing multiple tools for IT infrastructure monitoring and log management.

“Motadata suits the needs of any modern day enterprise IT infrastructure,” he concluded.
